If you want to pop the question, and have a nice time walking, plan to get there 1 hour before sunset.
2. Reception is really spotty on the 1 so make sure you study google maps, take a screenshot of the location and truly take your time picking a spot that will be memorable to you and your honey!
3. Keep in mind the day of the week you will be visiting. Depending on the beach and day of the week, the beach will be crowded with onlookers. Ask yourself— do you and your honey prefer to be more private? Or do you not mind expressing your emotions with other people watching. For example, if I was to propose to my honey, I would choose a more private beach, one that requires a small hike because I know my honey is very shy and would be embarrassed if I went down on 1 knee with 5 people watching.
4. Make it memorable. Plan a picnic or some type of activity that is special to you and your honey. For example, my honey is really into beer and cheese, something perfect for him would be a secluded picnic with his favorite beers and cheeses. Proposing is the ultimate declaration of your love and commitment. Show them you truly know them by making it a personalized experience.
